More than 50 VAR's attended the exclusive conference to learn more about how to optimize and improve the performance. At the end of the roadshow and the conference Raiffeisen BANK with 200 branches in Bulgarian selected the solution of DBSophic to optimize and improving the bank DB's performance

More than 85% overall database performance improvements at the bank

Raiffeisen Bank is a worldwide leader in the banking sector and is constantly improving its IT infrastructures to accommodate fast growth while maintaining response times and service levels. The bank has invested considerable resources, including the purchase of an expensive HW and tools in order to improve database performance.

The bank has recruited a highly skilled, expert DBA team. VOLARO solution automatically analyzed a backup of the main production server and generated dozens of recommendations. A benchmark that was performed on the workload after applying all recommendations revealed more than 85% total improvement in query duration, in CPU resource consumption, in logical reads. The duration also dropped dramatically.
